I was in a huge pickle due to COVID-19, so I researched writing services to help me. The first draft of order #1 was plagiarized. I conducted a google search of one sentence, and my entire paper popped up on a website. I complained, and they assigned it to another writer, who semi-salvaged it. I still had to do a ton of editing.
Paper #2 - orders placed back to back, not knowing what I was getting into. The instructions from the professor were vague, so the writer messed it up twice, and NEVER came to me for questions. First, they copied the topic from the textbook EXAMPLES. I told them we had to do our own topic, not one from the book. So, the writer FABRICATED a story. We were supposed to build a case study on an ethical dilemma related to media. We were studying ethics, and fabricating a story is against all ethical boundaries. On top of that, the paper was horribly written with passive voice, horrible grammar, and ZERO quotation marks. There was nothing acceptable about the paper. And to top it off, they were late due to the rewrite. So, I found a perfect story to just slip in there that was very similar to the fabricated one...not a hard fix. Instead of fixing it, the writer argued with me for an entire day. So, when I asked for my money back, they told me that it was my fault they screwed the entire thing up. It seems as though if the writer was not sure what to do that they would have asked.
On another note, this says it is an American based company. They are not...every single person I spoke to was native to India. They all have American names, but when you speak to them on the phone, you know it's not true.
This is the worst experience I've had with a company and I have no recourse. I will never use them again and I hope you follow suit. I had a 4.0 average before they screwed me over. My final paper was 3 days late and 70% of my grade. 5 points off for each day late equals no higher than an 85%. I ended up writing the paper myself in one day...what I should have done to begin with.
