Returned my original resume to me with an update format.
Their work looked like it was written by a non-native English speaker. They used fancy words thinking they looked impressive and included skills I never said I had. I believe this would be thrown out without even looking at it more carefully by recruiters. I ended up writing my own resume. If you are a professional with diverse skills you are certainly more qualified to write your own resume than to throw money at these amateurs.
I really wasn't happy with the resume I bought. The policy says you can get your money back, but when I tried I was told I'd accepted the resume so I couldn't get a refund any more.
