i have two orders and both of them i have issues with. problem with revisions being made, writers following the instructions, customer service.

I should’ve looked at these reviews. Agree with the negative ones. This is a terrible service. Bad customer service, writers, and they don’t issue refunds like they say they do on their website.
Worst service ever , they didn't meet my 2 day deadline. A simple 500 word book review. Kept postponing it again and again, until it reached 48hr after deadline.
Then sent an apology for not being able to write the paper , and don't know when they can complete it.
I received a ZERO on my assignment due to the negligence and lack of dedication.
Now they are not willing to refund the money.

the quality of the first paper was good, the english was of good quality. the next 2 papers were horrible. The english was bellow high school level, grammar was horrendous, syntax was just wrong. Clearly non native english speaker who has little experience writing essays in english. Spent over 7 hours per paper correction about 90% of the phrases. Also, the research done was very very weak. Spend 200$ per paper and got maybe 20$ worth in return. Would definitely not recommend.
My first paper with them was a simple one and it went well. I am now at my 3rd and it is an absolute nightmare. They are clearly non English speakers. I ordered advanced paid extra for “5 year experience”. The paper received had such bad grammar I spent 3 hours correcting it all. The level received was high school second language at best. Avoid.
terrible customer service, provided paper that may as well have been written in crayon (i think may have been written by non-English speaker?). I paid for advanced writer for PhD level paper. Refused refund. Whole thing was a nightmare. Absolutely avoid at all cost.
There's several issues with the guarantees this company offers, especially their refund guarantee. I thought I'd be able to get my money back, but the customer support team wouldn't give me my refund.
