Gave 1 star since I can't give 0 stars. First asked if they can build technical prototypes as its part of my dissertation that I need to do this. They said yes and that the price includes it. Then two days later told I have to pay £450 for a prototype onto of the £300 for the dissertation I paid already. I said okay and paid. The told the £450 went to an out old that no longer works and money will be refunded back to me. Then made to pay again £300 as the expert didn't receive the £450 due to it being paid to the wrong account. Was ensured refund of the £450 within 4-5 working days. Never got it. Never got a prototype built and ended up paying £1000 for a shit dissertation from someone who's first language isn't English.
