They don’t check the quality at all, words are repeated many times, some sentences are left half way. The sources are not related to the material written in the paper. When I asked them to review the adjustment order and don’t use the authors that had been already used in the paper, they don’t change the information, they just typed random different authors and refused to redo it! They don’t review anything 3 times before you start yelling at them (that was a review attempt number NINE)
